We provide homebound counseling to senior citizens and the disabled who would otherwise not be able to travel to an office for services.  These services are provided by a licensed certified social worker. We cover most of Suffolk county. 


THESE SERVICES ARE COVERED BY MEDICARE AND A SUPPLEMENT, AS WELL AS MOST PRIVATE INSURANCE PLANS AT LITTLE OR NO COST TO YOU.
